When cassava, plant tubers and roots and cereal are used to produce ethanol,  cellulose, hemicelulose, beta-glucan and pectin substance existed in them will lead to difficulty of liquefaction and saccharification of raw material, thick and sticky fermentation liquid as well as low utilizing efficiency of raw material. These special compound enzymes are professionally developed from superior fungi strains by deep liquid fermentation and extraction. It is well approved by practical experiment and application of the production of raw-material-ethanol-fermentation.
